I believe the best training programme is one that works for you, not one that demands you to completely reshape your life. With over ten years experience as a personal trainer, I have helped adults over 40 build lasting strength, move with confidence, lose fat, gain muscle mass and feel more capable.

I don't work in extremes. My approach is sustainable and personalised, built on reasonable workouts and consistent practices that fit your life, deliver real results and support continued progress.
Programme Philosophy
Every client receives a programme built entirely around them - their starting point, goals, schedule, and starting point. Before a single session begins, everything specific to their body and
lifestyle is taken into account.
Nutrition guidance sits alongside training as standard, because the two work together. Sessions take place in a private, fully equipped studio in Exmouth - no busy gym, no waiting, no distractions. Just focused, expert coaching in an environment where you can work comfortably and confidently.
The people I work with stay because it works.

Qualifications & Certifications
I hold a comprehensive range of qualifications across personal training, nutrition, strength and conditioning, and specialist fitness, all from internationally recognised awarding bodies. With over ten years of experience supporting adults over 40, I combine evidence‑based coaching with a calm, structured approach to help clients build strength, confidence, and long‑term health. I train clients in a private gym studio in Exmouth and provide home training across the surrounding area.
