He is an excellent fitness trainer with wide experience and detailed knowledge of methods of training that he integrates holistically into individual programs that evolve over the months. Colin designed safe workout programs for me that avoided injury and ensured steady progress.
All sessions are well organised and gently encouraged.

In my case he has demonstrated his expertise by designing routines that avoided aggravating old problems but also did much more (as with my shoulder and neck).

What have I gained? Definitely not weight as even without formal dieting the wellbeing effect has helped me change my food environment and I’m 8kg lighter and two belts notches slimmer.

I felt like I had done a good workout but I also reached the floor by bending over to get my shoes rather than crouching - something I haven't been able to do since April, so it felt great to have achieved it. This course is great for going back to basics and learning how to use your body as it was meant to be used. The course content made sense and was explained well, and the booklet is easy to follow. The course was modified for different levels of ability so it is very versatile and can benefit a wide range of people. I thought it was very good thank you."
