Every session takes place in a fully equipped, private training space in Exmouth.
Before we begin, you will have a initial consultation so I can understand your current fitness level, any injuries or limitations, your lifestyle, and your goals. From there, I build a programme specifically for you.

As you progress, the plan is reviewed and adapted to ensure you are always working at exactly the right level.

Your Programme Options
Private studio training runs as a four-week programme. Choose the session frequency that suits your goals and lifestyle. I will help you find your starting point during our initial consultation.

Progressive 2 sessions per week
Intensive 3 sessions per week
Performance 4-5 sessions per week
What is Included
8 sessions over 4 weeks. Enough frequency to build steady progress.
12 sessions in four weeks. Ideal for those who want to commit to a higher frequency and to accelerate their progress.
16 to 20 sessions in four weeks. Ideal to maximum coaching and programme intensity.
