Whether you are building confidence before stepping into a studio environment, working around mobility challenges, or simply prefer the familiarity and convenience of training in your own space, I bring the same level of expert, personalised coaching to you.
Professional Training from the Comfort of Your Home

Choosing home training is not a compromise. It is a choice. Everything that makes my studio sessions effective comes with me: the expertise, the personalised programme design, the attention to detail, and the commitment to getting you real, lasting results.

Sessions take place in your home using equipment suited to your space. Where minimal equipment would enhance your programme I'll make simple recommendations — but most sessions require very little. The focus is always on reasonable, consistent progress through intelligent, well-coached movement.

Home training is particularly well suited to those returning to exercise after a period away, managing mobility challenges or health conditions, building confidence before stepping into a studio environment, or simply preferring the convenience and privacy of training at home.

There is no judgment and no expectation. Every client I work with is met exactly where they are.

Your Programme Options
Home training packages follow the same four-week structure as all my programmes. Choose the session frequency that suits your goals and lifestyle. I will help you find your starting point during our initial consultation.

Foundations 1 session per week
Progressive 2 sessions per week
Intensive 3 sessions per week
Performance 4-5 sessions per week
What is Included
4 sessions over 4 weeks. Perfect for getting started, returning after a break, or working around a busy schedule.
8 sessions over 4 weeks. Enough frequency to build steady progress.
12 sessions in four weeks. Ideal if you want to train more frequently.
16 to 20 sessions in four weeks. Ideal increased programme intensity or daily movement routines.
