Expert personal coaching for two or three people in a fully equipped private studio

Some people train better with someone alongside them. Partner training brings two or three of you together, each receiving my full coaching attention, and all of you benefiting from the energy and motivation that comes from training with people you know. You get the benefits of one-to-one coaching while also benefiting from the added support of sharing the experience with a friend, partner, or colleague.

Partner training is not group fitness. It’s personal training for two or three people at once, in a private space, with the same individual attention and program design that my one-to-one clients receive.

I assess each person, design your programme, and coach for your progress every session. Training with someone else does not change the personalisation or quality you receive.

Training with a friend or partner transforms the experience. Clients tell me it makes the process enjoyable, consistent, and sustainable. Accountability alone truly makes a difference.

Partner training is priced for the group, making it an excellent choice for those who want expert coaching with a shared investment.

Every programme is built just for you. Your ambitions, your needs, your pace, your lifestyle - no templates, no shortcuts, just your blueprint for progress.

Assessment & Regular Programme Reviews

I constantly assess you and your programme to push you towards your goals and help you achieve your goals.​​

Your Programme Options

Partner training packages run over four weeks and are priced for the group as a whole. Two session frequencies are available. I will help you find your starting point during our initial consultation.

What is Included

8 sessions over 4 weeks. A consistent training frequency that builds steady progress and momentum - ideal for most people getting started with partner training.

12 sessions over 4 weeks. For those ready to commit to a higher frequency and accelerate their progress together.
